Wholistic Ministry
The church plays a central role in African society. With proper training, church leaders and other religious leaders can use their societal positions to bring about change. We envision a church that ministers to every dimension of human need and seeks wholeness at every level of society—individuals, families, communities, nations, and the global human family.
Our Approach
Pastoral Care for Religious Leaders
In addition to basic theological training, we have leadership training as well. Our pastoral care program is three-fold:
- Theology and leadership
- The church has a unique place in African society, and we want pastors to use that influence to drive change effectively. We train church leaders on how to use that influence in the most beneficial way to influence society in a better way.
- Finance and management
- We train church leaders on how to be better financial managers. Financial literacy is beneficial not only to the church but to the leaders themselves. When you’re able to manage your own personal finances, you’ll be able to manage church finances better and bring up thriving churches.
- Under our pastoral care program, we offer support to church leaders to run economic projects for their people. With the right resources, the churches can help the communities around them to be economically sufficient without entirely depending on the church.
- Computer skills
- Computer skills are a must-have skill in today’s world. We want our church leaders to have these skills, too, to take advantage of the technology available to them to push their ministry further. We have mobile computer schools that offer basic computer training to church leaders attending our various workshops.
