Our Approach
Entrepreneurial Training and Support
To uplift societies, we must economically empower women. We offer entrepreneurship training to women to enable them to grow in knowledge and skills that they can capitalize on to run successful businesses and provide for their families.
Furthermore, we assist our trainees in developing their own project ideas and starting their own small businesses. To get started, we facilitate proper funding to enable them to set up thriving enterprises that manufacture products to be sold locally and internationally. Through this project, they can secure basic income that makes them financially independent in the long term.
By encouraging women to work in groups, they benefit from sharing their experiences, get motivated to strive for their goals together, and strengthen their self-confidence and team spirit.
Leadership Training
Women are at a very pivot stage of transforming society than any other gender. Unfortunately, many women shy away from leadership roles because they don’t have the necessary skills or someone to encourage them. We strive to equip and empower women to take charge in leadership roles. To that end, we organize workshops for women and aspiring women leaders in different communities. We train them on leadership skills and how they can help drive transformational change in their societies.
We believe that when women are well trained, equipped, and organized in groups, nothing will stop the wave of change they will bring to their societies.
